We are a family business based on the beautiful island of Ikaria in Greece, and in Queens, New York. Our mission is to bring the finest raw, organic honey from our hives in Ikaria to our customers in the United States. 

Our products are carefully selected from family producers and growers on Ikaria, one of the healthiest and most pristine islands in the world. 

Ikaria is an island located in the Aegean Sea, and it is known for its production of high-quality honey. The honey produced in Ikaria is made from the nectar of various flowers that grow on the island, including thyme, pine, and heather.

The bees that produce the honey are free to roam the island and gather nectar from a wide variety of flowers, resulting in a complex and unique flavor profile.
